So we just revert back to our habits and let our weight consume us. Now, we lack confidence, have self-image struggles, fall into a form depression, and just let these issues manifest into a lifestyle we don’t know how to get out of.

Who is Coach Joe?
Coach Joe began by traveling to people locations during the pandemic to help them with their physical & nutrition goals but soon realized there are only so many people he can help in one day.
So he opened up a physical location so people can now travel to him. Now, he helps people in person or remotely with their weight management, nutrition, and personal development.

Mental Conditioning
Did you know science shows we operate in our subconscious mind 95% of our day. Thats means we are on auto pilot most of the day. That’s only 5% conscious thinking a day. We have over 36,000 thoughts a day and 80% of those thoughts are negative. So based off of our thoughts we are already set up for negativity. My job as a coach is to help you become self-aware and develop a higher level of conscious thinking.

Weight Training
When it comes to physical activity 85% of people are not physically active. That means only 16% of people are physically active and even less lift weights. So many people shrug off weight training for various reason. The problem is people do this without knowing the true benefits that are playing at hand. We complain our metabolism is slow well its only slow because we don’t lift weights. My job as a coach its to teach you how to lift properly and show the benefits of weight training.

Nutrition Coaching
88% of people are metabolically unhealthy. This is a huge problem because 70% of health comes from the food we eat. Food is our fuel and when we put poor fuel in the body the body responds with health issues such as chronic diseases. Thinly way to battle this is to understand how our eating habits help and hurt us. My job as a coach is to help you understand your eating habits introduce you to what make-up your food Protein, Fats, & Carbs.

BEYOND THE TRENCHES FOOTBALL PROGRAM
My second love after weight training is football. The game saved my life after not having a dad in my life and mom passed when I was fourteen years old. I have become who I needed when I was younger only because of the coaches there were in my life. In todays day and age these young men need guidance more than ever. So I have created a football camp called “BEYOND THE TRENCHES” that will give them direction and give them the opportunity to grow to the next level of their football career.
